- A ground-floor super king/twin guest suite with luxurious en-suite wet room and wheelchair-friendly access.
- Three elegant king-size bedrooms upstairs, two with ensuite bath / shower rooms and two with access to a sun-drenched balcony overlooking the garden – all offering grown up stylish comfort.
- A double bunk room, sleeping up to 4 children in full-sized single beds - a dreamy den for up to four kids.
Bathrooms:
There are 5 stunning bathrooms, featuring bold tiling, brass fittings, and spa-like touches throughout - including a roll-top bath for long soaks and a statement wet room with built-in seating.
The ground-floor ensuite wet room is wheelchair-friendly and is fully accessible for those with additional needs.

Designed with Accessibility in mind:
The Smurf House is wheelchair-friendly throughout the ground floor with step-free access into the house and garden, extra-wide doorways, and a specially designed en-suite with support rails and seating.
Parking:
The Smurf House offers parking for at least one car off the road. This can accommodate one large 4x4 with no height restrictions.
A dedicated EV charger is available for guest use on prior request.
There is also on street parking outside / near to the house for any additional cars and this is available on a first come first served basis. We kindly ask that you park respectfully of neighbours. There is further local parking available which we can provide directions for.

Other Details To Note:
1) Wi-fi access throughout this property.
2) Electric car charging point is available at the property for guests use on prior request. Please let us know prior to your stay if you need this optional extra.
3) The hot tub is included as complimentary for all full week bookings throughout the year. For short breaks, the hot tub is an optional extra and chargeable at £275 per stay. Please note that the hot tub may not be useable until your first full day of your holiday due to the time taken to heat up after a changeover.
4) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.
5) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside or close to the property.
6) Up to 3 well behaved dogs permitted at a small additional cost of £45 per dog.
7) Children must be appropriately supervised at all times.
8) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
9) We kindly ask that guests are respectful of the local village surroundings & its residents and refrain from excessive noise in the outside space after 10.30pm.
10) Please note that the external slide previously from the upper terrace to the garden is not longer in situ at this holiday home.
11) Reduced occupancy stays and assocaited discounts are available. Please enquire for your preferred dates prior to booking for a bespoke price.
12) There are some basic food staples (such as floor, dried herbs for cooking) left in the pantry for guests' convenience; however as a result, we cannot guarantee that the abode is allergy or nut-free.
