It is situated in the ever popular Coronation Road location of Salcombe, just a few minutes’ walk away from all the main amenities and the wonderful Salcombe estuary.

This abode is stylish, bright and airy, offering luxury accommodation - having been recently renovated to a high standard, with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms / shower rooms.

It provides an ideal holiday base for up to six guests, with the changeover day being a Saturday.

This abode is accessed via a series of steps up from the road to the front door. There is off-road parking for one medium sized car in front of the property. 

Bedrooms

Clivedale has three spacious double bedrooms.

The stylish main bedroom is situated on the first floor and offers a king size bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, built in wardrobe, TV, full length mirror and chair. It also benefits from an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. 

The second double bedroom is also located on the first floor to the rear of the property and is presented in calming tones. It includes a comfy double bed, bedside tables with lamps, large chest of drawers and hanging space. It has lovely views of the rear garden from the window. 

The third double bedroom is located on the second floor and offers a welcoming sanctuary at the end of fun filled day. It has a double bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers and an ensuite toilet. 

There is the bonus of a snug room on the second floor, providing an ideal space to watch TV or simply enjoy some quiet time away from the rest of your holiday group. It includes a sofa, chest of drawers and a TV, with delightful views of the rear garden from the window. 

All bed linen and towels are included in the abode rental cost (excluding beach towels).

Family Bathroom 

There is a family bathroom located on the first floor of this abode. This has recently been refitted in a modern and contemporary style. The bathroom includes a stunning free standing bath, separate shower, a vanity unit with a hand wash basin, a toilet and a heated towel rail. 

Open plan living space

The main living space is accessed off the hallway. It provides a welcoming area for holiday guests and is a light and airy space. 

The lounge area is located at the front of the property and is a bright and airy space, with modern white shutters offering your privacy from the road. It offers ample seating for up to 6 guests with two comfy sofas and a delightful window seat. There is a Smart TV, feature decorative fireplace (not operational), occasional tables and a chest full of games and books to delight to younger members of your holiday group. 

The dining space provides the perfect spot to eat a delicious breakfast or enjoy an evening meal together. There is a large table with seating for up to 6 people, with a highchair available for younger holiday guests. 

There is also a conservatory at the rear of the property, with a sofa. This area opens directly onto the rear garden and offers a quiet sunny spot to relax with a book and coffee. 

Kitchen and Utility Room 

The kitchen and utility room are located at the rear of the ground floor. 

The kitchen is a modern contemporary style, with ample work surfaces for meal preparation. It includes an oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher, together with plenty of storage and ample crockery and glasses. 

The utility room includes a washer/ dryer, fridge and freezer, toaster and microwave. 

Downstairs Toilet and Shower Room 

There is a downstairs toilet and shower room at the rear of the property. This has a toilet, hand basin and shower. 

Outside space 

This abode has a wonderful garden, providing an ideal space for a spot of alfresco dining or simply to relax after a day at the beach.

There are two separate seating areas in the garden, with the higher part of the garden offering estuary views. There is ample outdoor furniture to accommodate up to 6 guests for dining or relaxing and also a BBQ for guests to use. 

Parking 

There is off road parking for one medium sized car in front of the property during your stay. If you require further parking, there is a long stay car park just a short walk away from the abode.

No smoking or vaping is permitted either inside or in the vicinity of this abode.

No pets permitted

Please note that given that the accommodation is set over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Security deposit for this abode is £450.
