"9/10 - With regard to yourselves as a letting agent, I couldn't fault you. Communication was fantastic. All letting agents should aspire to your standards! 
Only bit of feedback with regards to the property, was that the seating didn't really suit my 90 year old dad. The chairs in the lounge were too low for him. Although I do appreciate that this is someone's second home and they have furnished it according to their tastes. This is obviously totally understandable.

However, we would highly recommend yourselves and the accommodation. Thank you for a lovely holiday."

"Amazing host, very friendly and excellent communication.

Such a beautiful home just a short walk from town and with an amazing view!!
The house was clean and organised when we arrived and beds were very comfy.

Only thing I would say is that the kitchen could have been better equipped - for example providing things like oil/salt/pepper etc. would have been useful for a short stay. Other than that, could not fault the property!"
