It provides an ideal holiday base for up to four guests, with the changeover day being a Saturday – perfect for a couple, two couples or a small family. For those with young children, this apartment is situated just a couple of minutes walk of Courtney Park which offers a wonderful childrens' park having been recently fully renovated.

Bedrooms

5 Glenthorne, Salcombe has one king size bedroom, offering superb views of the Salcombe estuary & harbour to wake up to. The bedroom includes a built in wardrobe, dressing table, bedside cabinets with lamps and a chair. 

The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe with drawers underneath, a large chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps, a chair and a day bed.  

All bed linen and towels are included in the property rental cost (excluding beach towels).

Bathroom 

The bathroom is modern, having been recently fully renovated to a high standard. This room is fully tiled and includes a bath, a shower over the bath with a glass screen, toilet, basin, heated towel rail, large illuminated mirror and a bathroom cabinet.  

Open plan living area 

The main living area consists of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. 

The living area consists of two large leather sofas, side tables, a TV and DVD player. This space provides an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, savouring the breath-taking views of the Salcombe estuary and harbour. 

The dining area has a dining table and chairs and comfortably seats four adults.

The kitchen has recently been refurbished to a high standard and is well equipped for all your holiday needs if you opt to cook at home during your stay. The modern kitchen includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. 

Parking 

Private parking is included for one vehicle in the allocated space next to the apartments. 

If you require further parking, then this will need to be sourced by guests and is available in the long-stay car park which is approximately a 10 minute walk away.

Other relevant information 

Wifi access is available throughout the property. Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler. 

No smoking is permitted inside 5 Glenthorne, nor directly outside the property or in the car parking area.

The apartment is accessed via a set of internal stairs, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
