5/5 -  "Mudlark offers luxurious comfort away from home, in a quiet, convenient location in the heart of Salcombe. Close to parking, the supermarket and a short stroll along Island Street to the Centre of Salcombe. Every room has been well thought about, with extremely comfortable beds and luxury linens. Well appointed throughout, the house has everything you could need. The garden is lovely, with different outside areas to enjoy depending on the time of day. We were sad to leave after a few relaxing days in January and can't wait to return again."

5/5 -  "We are a family of 5, with 3 daughters who loved the house, sleeping arrangements were spot on, twin bedroom is downstairs, plus a double and single above that, next to the master bedroom. The whole layout and use of space has particularly thought about, very detailed, we really struggled to find a fault with this house, well done to the owner/ designer. Although we didn’t use the outdoor kitchen/BBQ Garden area ( because it was October) the views and space will be perfect for summer. We will be booking it for next year. "

"We had an incredible stay at this beautifully refurbished house in Salcombe. The property exceeded our expectations, especially the amazing outdoor kitchen, which offered stunning views of the Salcombe Estuary—perfect for enjoying a meal or just relaxing with the picturesque scenery.

The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, and their welcome gift basket on arrival was such a lovely touch. It made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into preparing the space for guests.

As for the location, Salcombe is simply fantastic. The house is perfectly situated to explore the local area, with beautiful beaches, charming shops, and great restaurants nearby. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled holiday, this place has it all.

We would highly recommend this holiday home to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Salcombe. We can't wait to return!"
