The living space is bright and airy, with stunning views across to the beaches at East Portlemouth and of the stunning lush green rolling hills. 

The lounge area of the open plan living space has a large corner sofa with a coffee table. The sofa can comfortably seat 4 adults. 

It has the latest in modern technology, with a flat screen Sony 32 inch tv with dvd / blue ray player. 

The whole living space has an inbuilt Sonos system, so you can stream your favourite music or radio from the Sonos app. 

The open plan living space incorporates a dedicated dining area.

This space has a stylish oak dining table which comfortably seats four adults.

It offers a great place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a delicious seafood supper, overlooking the stunning scenery that can be seen from the windows of this great living space. 

This apartment has a newly fitted high end kitchen.

This modern kitchen area includes an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine / tumble dryer and nespresso coffee machine.

The kitchen is very well equipped to enable you to cook up a storm with wonderful local produce if you wish to dine in and has a full compliment of stylish crockery and glasses from LSA and Dartington Glass respectively. 

The main bedroom has a king size bed which by all accounts is super comfortable.

There are two bedside cabinets with bedside lights and USB points to charge your mobile phone, along with a built in wardrobe and storage area for your clothing. 

The second bedroom is a bunk room, with a set of bespoke bunk beds.

There is also a trundle bed under the bunk neds which means that this room can be made up as a bunk bed, two singles or a double (please note that the double bed configuration does still mean two single matresses together with a double duvet cover). The trundle bed can be used to accomodate an third small child if required and agreed in advance. The required configuration is needed at the time of booking, so the housekeeping team can make the appropriate arrangements. 

This bedroom also has a small built in wardrobe. 

The wetroom consists of a walk in shower, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail. 

This room offers the latest technology with a digital walk in shower, so it can be preheated to your desired temperature before you step in, so no more cold showers needed! It also has a demisting function on the bathroom mirror, along wth usual light and shaver charging point.  

This property offers a wonderful private outside space in the form of a balcony.

It is accessed off the main living space via double doors and includes a large table and ample seating for four adults.

There is also an umbrella provided in the summer months.

This offers a lovely quiet spot for enjoying your early morning coffee or dining alfresco while taking in the glorious views.
