4 Kings Cottages features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms across the ground and second floors:

  • Primary Bedroom (Second Floor): A calming retreat with a king-size bed, bedside tables, dresser, and large mirror – flooded with natural light.

  • Flexible Twin/Super King Room (Ground Floor): Configurable as two singles or a super king. Skylight-lit, with ample storage. (Please confirm bed configuration 14+ days before arrival).

  • Versatile Third Bedroom (Second Floor): Features a stacker bed, which can be arranged as a single or twin. Includes a wardrobe, drawers, and full-length mirror. (Please confirm bed configuration 14+ days before arrival).

All bed linen and towels are included (please bring your own beach towels).

Bathrooms

  • Main Bathroom (Second Floor): Modern & Stylish with a shower-over-bath, glass screen, vanity unit, WC, and heated towel rail.
  • Shower Room (Ground Floor): Modern power shower, basin with vanity, and WC.

The heart of the home is the first-floor living area – light-filled and beautifully styled with a coastal-chic touch.

  • Relax in the lounge on comfy sofas and an armchair, with a smart TV and balcony access – perfect for your morning coffee.

  • Off-Road Parking: One space available on a first-come, first-served basis in the courtyard. Additional parking is available nearby (either on-street or public car park ~10 -15 mins walk)

1) The accommodation is set over three floors, with the main living space on the first floor, it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

2) Wi-fi access throughout this apartment.

3) Central heating and hot water are provided via a combi boiler.

4) No smoking, vaping, or candles are permitted inside or in the courtyard or balcony or close to the property. 

5) No provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at these premises. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.  

6) All bed linen and towels are included, excluding beach towels.
