2) No smoking, vaping, candles or BBQ’s are permitted inside or in close vicinity to the building.
3) Children must be supervised at all times in the apartment, including care taken when having the Juliette balcony doors in the living room open.
4) Gas fired heating throughout the property.
5) There is no provision for the charging of electric vehicles or electric bikes at this development. There are public EV car charging points available locally which we can direct you to.
