Salcombe Abode’s mission is to provide a fresh approach for both discerning holiday abode owners and guests alike. This is driven by offering a personal and bespoke service from a small, highly committed team.

Our ethos is borne out of personal experience, as holiday home owners and holiday guests over more years than we can to recall!

We are truly passionate about offering a “Luxury by the Coast” holiday experience for our holiday guests. This approach is designed to breathe renewed life into the traditional self-catering holiday and goes beyond simply providing a luxury abode presented to a high standard. It’s designed to enable our holiday guests to maximise their holiday time through harnessing our extensive local knowledge and utilising our concierge style service to ensure precious holiday memories are made to cherish for years to come.

For abode owners, our ethos is designed to put owners firmly back in control of their much cherished asset. We strive to work in partnership with our abode owners to meet their personal and financial objectives through offering a highly professional, cost effective service that is tailored to their individual requirements. Salcombe Abode is also proudly a member of The Holiday Home Association to help us keep at the forefront of emerging changes in legislation and policy that may impact self-catering accommodation, our abode owners and our guests. 

We adore Salcombe and the South Hams and all that this stunning part of the world has to offer. We are super excited to share our collection of luxury abodes with you and to welcome our discerning holiday guests to enjoy all that this area has to offer and provide a “Luxury by the Coast” holiday experience.

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?

Salcombe Abode is an independent holiday letting agent, focused primarily on the Salcombe and the South Hams area. Whilst we have ambitious and exciting plans for the future, our abode collection will be kept deliberately small to ensure that our personal and pro-active level of service remains at the forefront of our offering.

We genuinely care about our holiday guests and abode owners and treat them, as we’d like to be treated ourselves – as individuals. You will not find any call centres at Salcombe Abode! We pride ourselves on offering a professional, personal level of service, with a strong attention to detail, leaving our holiday guests free to get on and enjoy their precious holiday time.

Our abodes are selected to offer the perfect blend of location, luxurious stylish finish and high-end home from home comforts. However, a luxurious abode, impeccably presented, is just the start of any holiday experience with Salcombe Abode.

Our “Luxury By the Coast” experience includes a fabulous welcome pack, filled with a bespoke selection of goodies from handpicked small UK businesses (locally based wherever possible) and with an environmental and sustainable focus.

We offer our holiday guests and abode owners an inclusive concierge style service - sharing local knowledge and insider tips and working in partnership with local small businesses to offer a selection of experiences and add-ons to make holiday experiences truly memorable.

Our team are available to deal promptly and professionally with any queries or issues that may arise during your stay.

OUR RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS AND THE LATEST POSITION

We continue collectively with our abode owners and holiday guests to navigate the previously unchartered waters relating to COVID-19.

The health and wellbeing of our holiday guests, abode owners, housekeeping and maintenance teams and the wonderful local community remain our priority in response to this constantly evolving situation.

In line with our ethos, we strongly believe in treating our holiday guests fairly in these unprecedented times.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take a few minutes to read through our Booking Terms and Conditions and familiarise yourself with them before making a booking. You will be asked to comfirm that you have read and agree to comply with these at the point a booking is made.  

We have partnered with Booking Protect who offer our holiday guests an optional refund protection product at the point of booking. They are a separate company to Salcombe Abode and lead bookers should carefully consult Booking Protect's Terms and Conditions before making their purchase.
